Payment, Promos, and Gifting

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free courier delivery for all orders above $50.

Delivery costs of $6 will apply for order totals under $50, and will be added at checkout.

Orders are processed and delivered within 4 to 7 working days on Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays and Sundays.

If your order includes an item marked Preorder, the remainder of your order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship.

Gift wrap rolls and a small selection of products may be excluded from shipping and only be available in-store.

We offer a flat-rate delivery fee of $30 for all orders from Malaysia.

Questions about Your Order

You can check your order status by visiting your order history under My Account, or please feel free to email our customer care team at hi@revel.sg.

Once an order is placed, it is unable to be cancelled or modified. However, if you haven't received any updates of your shipping status with us - shoot us an email! We might be able to help.

Please report any damaged or missing items to hi@revel.sg within 2 days of delivery.

If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you to take the following steps:

1. Check with your neighbours, guardhouse, or front office (where applicable) to see if the package was left there.

2. Contact our team at hi@revel.sg and include your order number.

Please report your lost or stolen shipment within 2 days of the marked delivery date.

Once an international shipment has been marked as delivered, we are unable to be responsible for the particular package.

Please note, Revel is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
