Revel has official stores at both Shopee & Lazada. Kindly note that:
1) We do not accept self-collection for orders from both Shopee & Lazada.
2) Shopee fulfils our order via J&T, and Lazada fulfils via NinjaVan.
3) Occasionally, we might host sales here, Lazada, or Shopee. Please note that we will not match prices across all avenues.

Delivery fee of $6 will apply for order totals under $50, and will be added at checkout.

Orders are processed and delivered within 4 to 7 working days on Mondays through Fridays, excluding public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

It depends on the product availability at our home office in Sengkang. If it is available, you may opt to self-collect it (or send a Grab on your behalf) at our lift lobby. Ask us: hi@revel.sg

We offer a flat-rate delivery fee of $30 for all orders from Malaysia.

Orders are processed and delivered within 14 to 21 working days on Monday through Fridays, excluding public holidays and weekends.

Please use the shipping calculator on product page to receive an estimated shipping cost.

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 16-60 days - even more so now with the COVID-19 restrictions in place.

Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Revel is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays.

Questions about Your Order

You can check your order status by visiting your order history under My Account, or please feel free to email our customer care team at hi@revel.sg.

You may cancel and/or modify your order before delivery arrangements have been made.

Please report any damaged or missing items to hi@revel.sg within 2 days of delivery.

If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you to take the following steps:

1. Check with your neighbours, guardhouse, or front office (where applicable) to see if the package was left there.
2. Contact our team at hi@revel.sg and include your order number.

Please report your lost or stolen shipment within 2 days of the marked delivery date.

Once an international shipment has been marked as delivered, we are unable to be responsible for the particular package.

Please note, Revel is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Covid-19

We are still at UE Square, however, the space is now used as our office and a point for self-collection of orders placed online.

Due to size constraints, we are unable to accept anyone in. Please step into our lobby space and someone will definitely step out to assist you!
