RETURNS + EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your undamaged, unwashed, unworn, unwrapped item(s), with the original receipt for store credit within 14 days of when you received your order.
Defective items will be accepted.
The following items are final sale and do not qualify for return or exchange: discounted and promotional items, hair clips, earrings, food items, gift wrapping, personalised items, used spa products, and gift sets. Returns may be refused at management's discretion.
Unless your order arrived damaged, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow up to 14 days after we've received your item(s) to process your request and issue you store credit.
To submit a return, please contact us before mailing products back at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damaged or defective items should be reported to us within 3 business days of receipt of the package. Do not ship damaged products back to us unless requested to do so. A refund will be issued to your account or you will be shipped replacement item(s). Refunds will be issued via PayPal or Bank Transfer within 14 days after we've received the defective item(s).
While we try to be as accurate as possible, we will occasionally make a mistake in fulfilling orders. If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of the package to be issued a credit or to be shipped correct item(s).
To cancel an order, please contact us. If your order has not shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that if the order has shipped, we cannot authorise a cancellation. In this case, please follow the steps above under Returns.
