There are many ‘regular’ words in my vocabulary which my son finds vulgar, rude or offensive. “Speak nicer words, Mummy,” he’d say.  So I glad put in a lot of effort to remove them from my daily usage. Thanks to this, I tend to speak a lot nicer and kinder than I used to. Neuroplasticity for the win again. 

And if I were to follow in his steps, I would label ‘stress’ as a vulgar word, too. Stress is the top most concern of Revel’s new clients. Almost every one who visits us for the first time shares about stress, and requests for journals or ideas that could help them cope.

Interestingly, stress isn’t actually bad thing. Stress inspires you and motivates you to focus your energy to increase in your performance. Remember your first date with someone who were smitten with? Those butterflies? That’s stress, too.  The key to handling stress before it becomes bad is balance.

We talk so much about balance – but while balance is essential, adding PERMA to your balance elevates it to a whole new level.

We’re gonna need your time and focus here. No long list of wellness trends and fads to distract us. No kidding ourselves that there might be a shortcut to wellness. We’re getting started.
